Central Audiology Hearing Aid Battery Return & Exchange Policy

At Central Audiology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to hygiene and quality concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened packs of hearing aid batteries.

We understand that sometimes you may order the wrong size or type of battery. Therefore, we offer the following:

  • Unopened and undamaged packs of hearing aid batteries can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Please note that the original receipt or order confirmation must be included with the returned items.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Central Audiology Customer Service at +92 (300) 9200222 Via Call or Whatsapp. 
  2. Pack the unopened and undamaged batteries in their original packaging along original receipt.
  3. Ship the return to Central Audiology using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
